We only use the finest ingredients to produce our cakes. They are available in Madeira, chocolate sponge and rich fruit cake, we also make a nut free rich fruit cake, please ask for further information. Traditional fillings for the sponges are vanilla whipped buttercream or chocolate fudge filling. Cakes are finished in traditional, royal icing and soft icing. We attach a great deal of importance to our cake designs, and ensuring that your cake is individual means good communication. We are more than happy for our customers to visit us to discuss their requirements. Sometimes easier to convey your needs by picking up the phone and talking to an expert on the other end - we're there to help. Please Note: Booking Times, Please try to book at least 2 weeks before for sponges and 3 -4 months before for Wedding cakes. All cakes can be made on very short notice, please contact us for further information.
